Application towards finacial support by department, on an annual basis, to Cultural Societies and Trusts
Documents to be submitted with application:
1) Photocopy of Organization Structure, Terms & Conditions (By-laws)
2) Registration Certificate of the Society / Trust (as applicable)
3) Renewal certificate for Society (as applicable)
4)Details of grants received in the previous year
5)Details of grants received in the previous year (Audit Certificate, Utilization Certificate)
6)Proceedings of activities performed by the Cultural Society / Trust inlcuding the photocopy of invitation, photographs of the event, newspaper advertisements etc
7)Photographs of the applicant and members of the Society/ Trust
8) Caste certificate, if the applicant belong to SC/ST category

Service Time (Days) : Nil
Eligibility: 1) If the applicant belongs to General category, then the Society/ Trust should have been in existence for a minimum of 2 years as on the date of application
2) If the applicant belongs to SC/ST category, then the Society/ Trust should have been in existence for a minimum of 1 year as on the date of application
3) The applicant and the members of the Society/ Trust should not have received benefits for the same scheme in the same year
